Operations Manager - St. Marys
We are seeking a highly-motivated individual who has the ability to grow sales and increase profits in a technical sales environment. The ideal candidate must have 2 years of proven success managing a sales/customer service team. Experience with the distribution process, specifically involving power transmission, electrical or bearing products is required. The Operations Manager is a hands-on position that involves working alongside the inside sales team. The manager will oversee daily operations, direct the ongoing development of the inside sales team, and ensure that customer service levels are met while expanding market share.
Requirements for this position are as follows:
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- Industrial distribution experience is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Goal oriented
