Operations Manager
We are seeking positive individuals with a strong working knowledge of electrical/mechanical power transmissions to lead our inside sales force. Erie Bearings Co.’s goal is to make it as easy as possible for our customers to do business with us.
We are currently seeking an individual who has the ability to grow sales and increase profits in a technical sales environment. The ideal candidate must have 2 years of proven success managing a sales/customer service team. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, develop and implement your business plan, direct the ongoing development of your inside sales team, and ensure that customer service levels are met while expanding market share. There is also a potential bonus opportunity.
Requirements for this position are as follows:
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- Industrial distribution experience desirable
- Ability to relocate desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Goal oriented
